Bellas Artes - Bellavista Distric Apartments
The apartments address is Bellavista Street N° 185 (be careful that it exists the N° 0185 which is not the same). It is a 3 buildings condominium built in 2005 and at one of the most interesting neighborhoods of the city. The condominium is right by the intersection of Bellavista and Loreto Street. At walking distance from the Metro Station Bellas Artes. Between the Metro Station and the condominium you will pass by the front of the Bellas Artes Museum, which is next to the Contemporaneous Art Museum. At walking distance you will be able to visit restaurants, coffee shops, stores, pubs, discotheques, parks, zoos, theaters, etc. We highly recommend you to visit Patio Bellavista and The Metropolitan Park. The apartments are also very near from universities and privet hospitals and at 10 minutes walking from the Financial and Down Town District. All the apartments are almost the same size (38 m2). The difference between them has to do with the interior decoration and the floor where they are located. We have got 4 apartments, two are located on the 18th floor, one on the 19th floor and an other one on the 4th floor. They are all very comfortable and we guarantee you will feel very pleased on them. They all have facilities that will help you enjoy your stay. The most important features are:
One bedroom (queen size bed, TV set, TV Cable, closet and a private bathroom with bath tab)
A full equipped american kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker, electric bread toaster, electric oven, iron, a complete dinner service up to 4 people, and more)

How to get there: If you are coming by subway (Metro), get off at Bellas Artes Station (Line 5), then just walk one block towards the south and you will get to the building. If you come directly from the airport, hire there a taxi or a transfer service, they are all very trustful. Your trip from the airport to the building should take between 15 and 20 minutes long, depending on the traffic. Ask the driver to drive you trough Costanera Norte Highway. If you come driving from outside the city, we recommend you to get into Costanera Norte Highway and get off at "Mercado Central" Exit. You will be able to see the signs inside the tunnel.
