Reservations
STEP 1: AVAILABILITY.- First of all, fill up the form below to consult for availability on the apartment you want to rent.
STEP 2: PRE-RESERVATION.- As soon as you send us your information, we will look for availabilities and will let you know by email. If we do find availabilities, we will send you all the details about your pre-reservation, which you are going to have check it out and finally confirm. The pre-reservation information will be valid for 24 hrs.
PASO 3: RESERVATION.- Once you accept the pre-reservation information, your must let us know the payment system through which you desire to make the pre-deposit (40% of the total rental cost). Depending of your election, we will send you the instructions to proceed with the payment. Once we confirm you the reception of this payment your reservation will be totally confirmed. The difference (60% of the total rental cost) must be paid the day you arrive.
TRACK PERIOD
As soon as we confirm a reservation, we will keep track of all your needs. So please fell free to let us know any question or suggestion you might have. We will be more than pleased in helping you out as far as we can.
VERY IMPORTANT If you want to cancel a reservation please send us an email to the following address contact@viajeros.us.com. We will not give back any payment once it is done. We will not give back any payment in case a client wants to leave before the check-out time.
